License key • What if a customer purchases a license key that is not in stock anymore?
If your customer purchases a digital product with one of your own license keys BUT you've ran out of license key, the following will happen:
- your customer will be notified the license key will be sent soon
- you, the merchant, will see an alert under the "license key" tab saying one (or several) customers are waiting for their license keys to be sent.
- you, the merchant, will be able to add license keys then you'll find a button to send said license key to your waiting customers
