how can I resend the digital download link to the customer?
Steps to reset the digital download link (the download email) to a customer:
- In your Shopify admin dashboard look at the left hand panel and click on Apps.
- Click on Big Digital Download.
- Click on Orders
- Click on Resend email on the order you want to resend
